Universiti Malaya International Cultural & Food Festival (UMICAFF) 2019

UNITY in UM

UMICAFF in an annual program and was successfully conducted by the International Student Centre (ISC) and University of Malaya International Student Association (UMISA) on the 27 - 28 November 2019. The program was participated by 20 countries opening varies food and cultural booth. Participation countries such as Japan, Yemen, Egypt, Bangladesh, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore and many more.

University of Malaya have always promoted internationalization at home and UMICAFF is one of the programs that promote interaction between different countries and background. The diversity on campus have always been one of the uniqueness in UM, with about active 3,000 international students furthering their studies in undergraduate and postgraduate; and more than 500 mobility students every year.

With this kind of program we narrowing the gap between local and international students, and developing students to be international citizen of UM and Malaysia.
