Nomination for Semester 2, 2026/2027 (Spring 2027): 01 September - 31 October 2026.
Nomination must be from the Mobility Coordinator of home university.
To nominate students for Semester 2, 2026/2027 | Spring 2027 (March 2027 - July 2027), kindly complete the nomination survey below.
Upon nomination, your students will receive an invitation for application email from us starting 17 September 2027 onwards.
Important Note
Application from agents is not accepted and will not be entertained.
If the nominations exceed the exchange quota provided in the email, Universiti Malaya reserves the right to not provide tuition fee waiver/partial waiver to the additional students.
If partner universities do not nominate students within the nomination period, Universiti Malaya reserves the right to not provide tuition fee waiver/partial waiver even if there are additional quota remaining.
The exchange quotas provided are cumulative from Fall to Spring, and the partner university can distribute them however they see fit.
